OTC - Off the Cuff

The Venue

OTC - Off the Cuff is a small quirky and very intimate venue situated under Herne Hill station in three railway arches with a maximum combined capacity across all areas of about 500 people. The venue has a real "underground" feeling that is very hard to find these days in London or a far. Do not expect an Electric, KoKo or Ministry of Sound, this venue is real underground and that is why we choose it as our preferred venue these days. The owners and staff are pretty cool and there is very relaxed feel working with them.

Facilities

OTC - Off the Cuff has three well stocked bars - One in each of the three arches. These bars all remain open through-out the event times and are manned by friendly staff.

Security

The security at OTC are very friendly and helpful and generally unobtrusive with simple periodic checks around the venue to ensure all is well and everyone is safe. Security is kept to a minimum thoughout the day and evening.

Toilets

There are two unisex toilet areas in the venue. One in Arch 1, the other in Arch 3. Underground venues have underground toilets and OTC is no different. The walls and doors are covered head to foot in graffiti but there is also loo roll on supply. If there are queues for the loos our venue in out policy means you can also use the loos in the pubs across the road...You can grab a pint too while over there...

Accessability

All three arches have step free wheelchair access.

Sound and lighting

All three arches have venue supplied sound systems and limited venue lighting however being a venue catering more for live bands we need to bring in decks, CDJs, Mixers, lasors, additional light and sound to every area including the garden. In addition to this we will have Visuals provided by Nuroptics, Projections by Matt Lloyd, Decor by Kate Pendragon and extra lighting by Komotive.
