Tim Samsara is known for his role in the captivating rave scene in London during the late 90s. He was the promoter behind the legendary hard trance club called “Escape From Samsara” at the Fridge in Brixton, UK. Imagine pulsating beats, neon lights, and a crowd lost in the music—Tim Samsara was at the heart of it all, orchestrating and pioneering unforgettable nights that people are still talking about to this day.

Tim Samsara has been djing on the London and international stage since 1997, having had residencies at The Fridge, Brixton for Escape from Samsara, The Roxy in Prague and he played numerous events in Australia, Japan & Germany. Tim was responsible for all the music direction and bookings at Escape from Samsara and as such gave artist such as Lab 4, K90, The Secret and Cybernaut their first London gigs.

Having toured all over the world in the late 90s and early noughties Tim focussed his mind more on the domestic market. Tim was fortunate enough to play at many an epic night, including Torture Garden, Seed, Logic, Pendragon, Antiworld & Pickle. Tim is known for his highly energetic and enthusiastic euphoric uplifting acid trance. Recent events have been at Ibiza on Stour 2022,23 & 24, Hindsight in Exeter, Landed Festival (Wales), Magical festival in Kent, Sick Beatz in London, Logic (London), Caustic (online streaming), Boomtown Festival (Acid Leak stage), The Beat Goes On, The Orrible Crowshow (Wales), Big Fish Little Fish, and Immunity Festival (Devon).

Escape From Samsara has its 30th anniversary this year so Tim has promised us some modern-day classics to pay homage to the epic 90s trance tunes that today’s dance music owes so much too. Last summer saw a bumper series of bookings. You can catch Tim playing throughout this summer at:
